As a Compliance Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity, among other things, to influence the development of these products to ensure they operate in compliance with regulations and really help people on their journey toward a better financial future.

Your key activities would include:

• Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes and helping assess their impact on the company’s activities;

• Preparing analyses related to the legislative changes and company's activities and providing support and cosultancy to the team;

• Preparing contracts with commercial partners, employment contracts, contract with auditors;  

• Reviewing and preparing internal regulations;  

• Carrying out regular controls, monitoring and risk analysis (processes, marketing communication, communication with clients, tied agents, record keeping etc);  

• Controling handling of complaints and monitoring complaints received and handled;

• Providing compliance and AML trainings;  

• Submission of statistical reports and statements and information to the competent authorities, including NBP, the MoF, and the GIIF; 

• Represent the company in matters and in proceedings before the Financial Supervisory Authority (KNF) and official regulatory authorities; 

• Submitting reports on the performance of the activities to the company's compliance officer and the management.
