Your key activities would include:

  • Support Finax clients in Croatia by providing clear, accurate, and timely information about our products and services;

  • Keep our documentation up to date, ensuring everything is precise and supports our internal processes;

  • Handle client requests with a strong focus on satisfaction, while actively listening to feedback and improving the experience;

  • Communicate with clients in a professional and structured way, building trust through clarity and consistency;

  • Translate and proofread content between English or Slovak and Croatian, and assist with preparing simple presentation materials.

We believe our cooperation will be successful if you:

  • are fluent knowledge of Croatian (C2 or C1), either English (B2-C1) orknowledge of Slovak (B2-C1) language is required

  • have pro-customer approach

  • have great communication and organizational skills, responsible approach to work

Basic experience in customer support or administration, experience with translations or text editing, and an interest in finance and investing are all considered an advantage.
