Your key activities would include:

• Identify and engage new clients in Croatia (both retail and institutional);

• Present our robo-advisory solutions and investment offerings effectively;

• Support preparation and translation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations;

• Track, manage, and report on sales performance through CRM tools;

• Collaborate with leadership to execute and optimize the sales strategy for Croatia;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Croatian clients;

• Assist with onboarding, account setup, and KYC/AML documentation;

• Ensure exceptional customer experience and timely follow-ups;

• Gather client feedback to help shape local product improvements.

We believe our cooperation will be successful if you:

• have at least 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or sales/account management

• are fluent in Croatian and English (Slovak is a plus but not required)

• understand investment products

• have communication and relationship-building skills

• are based in Bratislava or open to relocation
