While we are well established as a B2C digital wealth management platform, we have built a powerful B2B offering Investment-as-a-Service (IaaS) that enables financial institutions, fintechs and intermediaries across Europe to launch or enhance investment products using our regulated infrastructure.

Why do we believe you might enjoy working in this position?

This is a unique opportunity to own and build Finax's B2B commercial function from the ground up. You will have full ownership of the pipeline from prospecting and outreach to deal structuring and closing with direct support from management, IT and marketing department.

Your key activities would include:

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, structuring, closing

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy

  • Build our new business pipeline from the ground up, targeting fintechs, banks, IFAs, tied agents and tech companies

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B partners — you own the full lifecycle, not just the close

  • Represent Finax at EU fintech events and conferences; seek out media and speaking opportunities

  • Create B2B content — webinars, podcasts, articles, blog posts — and coordinate all materials for approval before publication

  • Develop pitch materials, case studies and sales support documentation

We believe our cooperation will be successful if you:

  • have 3–10 years in B2B sales, partnerships or business development

  • have background in fintech, financial services, or regulated SaaS

  • have strong existing network in European financial services or fintech

  • are fluent in the language of regulation — MiFID II, licensing, compliance — even if not a lawyer

  • are comfortable with long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • are independent, entrepreneurial, ownership-oriented — you build the process, not just follow it

  • have excellent English; additional EU languages a significant advantage

  • are willingness to travel within the EU
