You will lead Finax’s marketing activities across multiple European markets, with an initial focus on Poland and Romania, and responsibility for supporting additional future European expansions. Acting as an extended arm of our central marketing team, you will shape and execute market-specific initiatives while ensuring full alignment with Finax’s overall strategy, brand, and values.
Your key activities would include:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across international markets – design and deliver initiatives that resonate locally (Poland, Romania, and future markets) while staying aligned with Finax’s global strategy.
Co-create local marketing strategies – work with central and local teams to define priorities, positioning, and go-to-market approaches for each country.
Localize global marketing initiatives – adapt campaigns and concepts developed centrally (e.g., Slovakia HQ) to ensure they are effective and engaging in each target market.
Create and coordinate content for social media – develop local content in collaboration with the Social Media team to strengthen engagement and brand visibility across markets.
Manage country marketing budgets – co-responsibility for planning, monitoring, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources per market.
Coordinate requests from local country teams – communicate their needs to the marketing department, oversee execution, and provide continuous updates on progress.
Build partnerships and cooperate with influencers – identify, establish, and manage collaborations with business partners, influencers, and opinion leaders across Poland, Romania, and other assigned markets.
Track KPIs and evaluate performance – monitor key metrics and assess the success of marketing activities on an ongoing basis, per country and across the region.
Ensure brand and value alignment – guarantee that all marketing activities reflect Finax’s philosophy, values, and brand image while meeting the needs of local clients in each market.

We believe our cooperation will be successful if you:
have at least 2–3 years of experience in social media management, brand management, or a similar marketing role (experience in financial services is a plus),
are genuinely interested in investing, personal finance, and new technologies,
can translate global marketing strategies into impactful local initiatives across different markets and cultures,
communicate confidently and build strong relationships across countries and stakeholders,
are comfortable with budget planning and tracking (a plus),
are fluent in English,
speak Polish or Romanian (a strong advantage); additional European languages are a plus.
