Mgr. Juraj Hrbatý, CFA

Founder and CEO

Juraj founded Finax after spending years working in the financial sector. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Securities Dealers Association. Read his story of why he founded Finax.

Ing. Radoslav Kasík

Founder and Head of Sales Strategy

Rado started his career as a financial agent. He gained most of his experience and insight into the financial markets working as a portfolio manager at Across Private Investments. At Finax, he covers sales strategy, product, and communication.

Ján Jursa

Head of IT & Dealing

Jano is mainly responsible for Finax's technology solutions, automation, and security. In addition to the IT department, he also manages dealing, which is responsible for facilitating securities trading. You can hear him on the Finax Mudrovačka podcast.

Michal Vaculík

Head of Sales Execution

Michal is responsible for the execution of sales strategy for Elite, international markets, customer experience and B2B departments. He joined Finax to develop the Elite service for private clients, being in charge of the wealth management team. He has 10 years of experience from Slovakia's largest private banking unit where he worked as a private banker, later becoming the head of the private bankers' department, overseeing more than 700 million euros under management.

Tamara Vrhovec Sekáč

International Business Expansion Manager

Tamara is using her vast multicultural experience in overseeing our international market activities and communication (except PL), seeking out opportunities for new market expansion. She is also responsible for creating various educational content.

Przemysław Barankiewicz

Regional Manager / PL

Board Member of CFA Society Polandp. Economic commentator and, in the past, editor-in-chief of Bankier.pl and the online edition of “Puls Biznesu”. Chartered Financial Analyst and licenced Investmen Advisor. Studied at the Cracow University of Economics, University of Bedfordshire, SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Warsaw University of Technology. Author of the “zByka.pl” blog.
