Your key activities would include:

  • Providing Finax clients with clear and accurate information about products and services;

  • Maintaining and updating documentation, ensuring accuracy of information and supporting internal operational processes;

  • Handling client requests with a strong focus on customer satisfaction while actively monitoring feedback;

  • Ensuring consistent communication with clients and formulating professional, well-structured responses;

  • Translating content between English or Slovak and Romanian, including proofreading, and preparing basic presentation materials.

We believe our cooperation will be successful if:

  • fluent knowledge of Romanian (C2 or C1), either English (B2-C1) orknowledge of Slovak (B2-C1) language is required

  • pro-customer approach

  • interest and overview in financial market

  • great communication and organizational skills, responsible approach to work

  • previous experience in customer care / helpdesk and professionalcommunication is more than welcome
