We use a simple average of the entry and ongoing costs of these funds set out in their Key Information Documents as of 16.06.2023. The included funds are 365.invest Real Estate, AM SLSP Maximised Income Fund, Eurizon AM Slovakia Dynamic Portfolio, IAD First Real Estate, Eurizon AM Slovakia Equity Portfolio, AM SLSP Active Portfolio, TAM Real Estate, AM SLSP Global Renta, J&T BOND EUR Mixed and TAM Bond.

The example of a one-time investment involves investing an amount of 50 000 € in equity funds for a period of 30 years. The return is constant - 8% per year. Ongoing fees are charged once a year in the model. At the end of each year, the fee is deducted from the investment’s value adjusted for appreciation. The entry fee is deducted from the total amount invested at the beginning of the model's time horizon. The actual amount invested is thus reduced by this fee. The resulting amounts are rounded to the nearest €100.

The example of a regular investment assumes depositing €100 every month for 30 years. The return is constant - 8% per year. Each monthly deposit is reduced by the amount of the entry fee. Ongoing fee (equivalent to one-twelfth of the annual fee) is charged each month on the total value of the account, excluding the new monthly payment. The appreciation is calculated on a compounded basis each month. The resulting amounts are rounded to the nearest €100.
