Thanks to this, our clients gain access to the accounts of their family members or partners. Through a single login, they will be able to easily track the development of the total financial assets of the entire household.
How does it all work? How do I set it up?
The function is located in the top bar of the app next to your name, where you can simply click through to "Account Management." Subsequently, by clicking on the "Share your account" option, you can make your Finax account available to your loved ones.
The person you share the account with will then be able to view your account and see an overview of managed assets and active discounts, or send funds to any account or pay insurance premiums.
Accounts remain in a passive overview mode only for the person you share them with. This means that the person cannot perform withdrawals or other transactions for you, open new accounts, take out insurance, or change the chosen strategy of your accounts.
In practice, the person sees the "Withdrawal" and "Change Investment Strategy" buttons on your accounts as inactive fields without the possibility of clicking.
The function is thus technically secured against misuse. Only the account owner can invite someone to view the account. You can cancel account sharing directly in the app at any time.
The option to manage shared accounts, as well as the sharing itself, can also be found in the web interface. This part is located in the settings in the "Login Manager" section.
We recommend this in cases where you want to have a shared account for a child who does not use the mobile app, or for other family members without the mobile app.
Canceling Account Sharing
The shared accounts section includes a subsection for cancellation and a sharing overview. Here you can see exactly which persons you share your account with and which persons share their account with you. Here, you can cancel sharing at any time by simply clicking on the connection and confirming the cancellation of sharing.
Pending Requests
In this section, you will find pending requests that you have sent to other clients, as well as requests from your acquaintances waiting for approval.
